Nitronic 60 tubing (UNS S21800) per ASTM A580 / A511 for instrumentation, small-bore process, and hydraulic service. Captures T2#43 'nitronic 60 pipe' (60 vol). Manufactured by drawn-over-mandrel or seamless processes. Differs from {L('seamless-pipe','seamless pipe')} in that tubing is sized by actual OD-and-wall-thickness rather than NPS schedule.

What sizes of tubing are stocked?
OD 1/8 inch through 3 inch, wall 0.020 inch through 0.250 inch. Custom larger sizes and special tolerances quoted on a 4 to 8 week lead time.
What standards govern tubing?
ASTM A511 / A580 (related to A312 pipe). Customer specifications may add explicit dimensional, surface, or test requirements.
Can tubing be supplied in cold-worked HS condition?
Yes. Solution-annealed (S-A) is standard. Cold-worked HS condition reaches 620 MPa yield and 30 HRC maximum hardness; specify on order.
What surface finishes are available?
Mill / pickled-passivated standard per ASTM A380. Polished, 2B mill, and 2D mill finishes available on request. Sanitary-finish (Ra 0.4 to 0.8 um) for food-processing service.
What certification ships with tubing?
EN 10204 3.1 mill test certification by default. EN 10204 3.2 dual-witnessed third-party (Lloyds, TUV, DNV, BV) on request.
