Cold-rolled and hot-rolled sheet across the full thickness and surface-finish range.

  • Size range: Thickness 0.5 mm through 6 mm (0.020 inch through 1/4 inch); coil width up to 1500 mm (60 inch).
  • Standards: ASTM A240 / A480 / ASME SA-240.
  • Surface finishes: 2B mill (cold-rolled, annealed, pickled), 2D mill (cold-rolled, annealed, pickled, dull), No.4 brushed, polished mirror.
  • Conditions: solution-annealed (S-A) standard, 1/4-hard cold-rolled available for higher yield.
  • Sheet vs plate cutoff: typically 6 mm (1/4 inch); above that see plate.
  • Sheet vs strip: strip is cold-rolled to specific width-to-length ratio for fabrication; sheet is cut from coil.

Mill / pickled-passivated standard per ASTM A380. Polished, 2B mill, and 2D mill finishes available on request. Sanitary-finish (Ra 0.4 to 0.8 um) for food-processing service.
