Nitronic 60 Square Bar (UNS S21800) - Anti-Galling Stainless Square Bar
Nitronic 60 square bar (UNS S21800) per ASTM A276 / A479 in cold-drawn (CD) and cold-finished (CF) conditions. Square profile is preferred for shaft-key stock and for machined-component feedstock where flat sides aid clamping in the machining setup.

Yes. Solution-annealed (S-A) is standard. Cold-worked HS condition reaches 620 MPa yield and 30 HRC maximum hardness; specify on order.

Mill / pickled-passivated standard per ASTM A380. Polished, 2B mill, and 2D mill finishes available on request. Sanitary-finish (Ra 0.4 to 0.8 um) for food-processing service.
